Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of the order being placed. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective.

Defective Products
If the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately at support@herbgrinders.com with a detailed description of the issue and any supporting images or videos. Once we verify the defect, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@herbgrinders.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please contact us at support@herbgrinders.com.
